“Your delivery team are extremely rude and unprofessional when something is supposed to turn up in 2-10 working days and it turns up a week late.. after paying £25 for it was disappointing to say the least. It turned up on 2 enormous pallets and the driver offered to take them away if we paid him personally.... We were warned about using Victoria plum but it was the only place we could find a suitable shower door with the adjustment needed. Would never use again.”

“Delivery options are poor as are customer service when reporting issues. I appreciate the nature of the item I have bought maybe fragile but this packaging is excessive to say the least, not sustainable at all. It would seem the high delivery prices are based on the high amounts of packaging they are using and space on a delivery vehicle as such. Could be executed in a much simpler and ethical way I think. Poor”
