“I found that bits were missing, such as the parts to attach the toilet to the floor. It might be that I needed to order those, but that wasn't clear. The delivery driver left me with a large pallet that I had to get rid of and wouldn't wait for me to remove items so he could take it with him. Packaging was damaged. I didn't get a time or day for delivery, so lucky I had help to bring items inside. On a plus side, I'm delighted with the items and excited for my bathroom to be finished.”

“Victorian plumbing where very helpful in solving our problems with the delivery company. It did take a while for the tiles to be deliver as they got damaged first time but Victorian plumbing sent a replacement next day. So overall OK service. One tile was damaged in the new box.”
