“I first tried to order my ensuite components ffrom B&Q which proved to be both considerably more expensive and the delivery process was hard to fathom. I found the Victorian Plumbing website easy to use and the prices very good with the appropriate links to help the purchase. Everything was instock and delivered on time. Although the public should not be surprised at this it is rarely the case particularly with the more traditional and larger DIY supliers. I have recommended VP to friends and family.”

“In terms of the products we bought I would rate them ‘poor’. The holes for the overflow and waste we’re not properly aligned with each other and the bath panel was too big for the bath even though it came together. The countertop sink we purchased comes with a tile to hide the waste however the tile is not connected to the waste therefore to close or open the plug you need to take the tile out which is not that easy.”

“Good site, easy to use, great selection and reasonable lead times. Got a call from carriers to book a delivery; emphasized the need for driver contact on route and was advised that is standard practice. Could have been a 5 then, but guess what- driver didn't call.”
