“Ordering was fine however when it comes to returning it’s not straight forward, have already done a chat on website regarding some of return not showing on their acceptance form (they were returned with same courier!) Now we have been given a refund, which is great, however the shower tray, which again was returned on same van, with orderNo and returns No on the front of address label!! Has not been refunded. All very frustrating and very time consuming.”

“Ordered online,quick delivery.Looks nice was surprised that the toilet brush was black when usually brushes are white.I would think it can still be put in bleach to disinfect it.”

“The loo is exactly what we needed to fit the space in our downstairs toilet. It looks great. It was delivered as expected but the packaging was in a but of a state. We were concerned it would be damaged and were surprised it wasn't. Delivery cost was expensive.”

“I was issued with a delivery date that I was unable to be in for but the date by which I had to change the delivery date had already gone before the e mail was sent!! When I phoned the company someone e kindly rescheduled the delivery to a date I could be in to receive it but it was delivered on the original date!”

“We ordered a Japanese toilet from Victorian plumbing, after going to Japan this is a must. The website is very easy to navigate and although for this specific product there wasn’t much choice, the one we selected was great value! Price was very reasonable for the full product with all the usual features. It arrived within just a few days. No issues at all. We even got 3 years warrantee with it too for any faults or damages. I would use this company again in the future”

“After the delivery of a leaking bar shower mixer extensive telephone and Email exchanges resulted in receipt of a new ceramic valve and instructions for me to fit it. My suggestion that a replacement mixer would be more appropriate was ignored and only intervention by Barclacard stimulated a proper replacement of the faulty item as a "gesture of goodwill".”
