“Ordering, price & customer service has been great but deliveries have not been good with one item being sent to the wrong address due to error between VP and manufacturer (yet to be recovered) One item arrived slightly damaged and other fragile ceramic items poorly packaged.”

“Perfect service, items are always high quality, very well packed and easy to fit. Delivered at exactly the time I asked for and I was constantly updated as to the delivery. I’m not sure what the returns or customer after care is like because I’ve never had to use it. Perfect every time. One very happy customer.”

“Bought a vanity unit and bath panel, delivered on time all in excellent condition and well packed, easy to fit and both looking good. Certainly will use Victorian Plumbing again.”

“The ordering process was very easy and we were kept informed of the delivery. My only negative was the delivery driver who was miserable and did not communicate whatsoever. My understanding was that he would wait for 15 minutes whilst the goods were checked, it was lucky if he stayed 15 seconds”

“I wouldn't advise shopping online with Victorian Plumbing. They offer returns but you need to organise the return yourself. I was unable to find a courier to return my order and therefore I am stuck with it.”
