“I ordered a unit and new basin for my bathroom and the quality is amazing. Fast delivery and very well safely packaged. The unit came already built and no messing around building it. I ordered for next day and it came on time with updates on the journey of the package. I heard this was the best place to order from and I am glad I ordered from here. Thanks”

“Quick delivery with excellent service. They phoned to arrange delivery day and then called an hour before drop off to ensure someone present. Products yet to be fitted so cannot comment on quality etc yet.”

“Order was not delivered on the day it was promised. I wasted time waiting in for it. I also found the website not at all helpful in trying to report the non delivery. Item should have been here last Tuesday but still not arrived. Very poor service and won’t be shopping again. Jerry Pickering”

“The reason I gave 3 stars bath and taps arrived fine no problems I order a bath panel and fixings fine Next was Newark hinged square bath screen problem no hinges or fittings Emailed to say shower fittings not in packaging.sent photos of proof Luke sent proof of packages back to me only problem it was of the bath panel fittings I asked shower screen fittings told you have to wait 72hrs for answers if you get any need this sorted without no fuss just get on with it.”

“I ordered both a shower enclosure and an electric shower. Both arrived in great condition and look wonderful in my refurbished shower room. The only thing I would recommend is that there are a minimum of two people for big deliveries. My husband really struggled with the driver to bring up the shower enclosure on the pallets. Especially since we live on a hill and do not have any off street parking.”

“Very disappointed in their delivery system/company they used. McGregor/Palletways are awful, very unorganised and wasted 4 days of my time consecutively. No reimbursement for my wasted time, sent to the wrong address they complained I wasn't in at - but I was at the correct confirmed address that they failed to inform the driver correctly. The goods seem fine but not taken all out of the packaging as want to wait for fitter to check over them. But although Victorian plumbing appear better priced, the hassle with the very poor delivery service means I could not order from them again and could not recommend them.”
