“Painless from start to finish. I ordered a pre assembled vanity unit and tap along with a shower enclosure so not an ideal product mix from a shipping point of view but arrived on one pallet and very well packed. I opted for the free shipping but in hindsight should have paid the premium for next day as it took the full five working days to arrive and even though there was tracking information which gave a delivery by 5.00pm on Wednesday I was hoping that as it was collected by the carrier on the Friday that delivery would have been sooner.”

“I booked at dated delivery for 3rd August. The tracking was showing out of delivery for a week and there was no update on the system. I have contacted the support many times and no one could give me an update about my delivery. One of the support personnel (Toni) even closed the ticket without any resolution. The delivery arrived eventually on 11th August. The delivery was late by more than a week, whereas it was a dated delivery. This is an unacceptable service.”
