“good product but please sort out the communication from the couriers. Having to wait in and then only getting half the order is not good. OK rest arrived next day but only informed that morning”

“Bought this as a replacement for an existing Bemis seat which is still good but showing signs of use with the colour wearing away in places, Victoria plumbing had it in stock at a reasonable price, gave me a delivery schedule but it arrived a lot quicker. Would recommend”

“Lovely bathroom items arrived in a good safe packaging on a sturdy pallet. Some items have tiny scratches and a dink and scratch on the edge of the shower screen but it arrived on a pallet off a lorry so we cannot expect perfection. We have managed to hide the areas.”
