“as deliveries go it was fl ine. the lorry was late due to a mechanical breakdown but the driver managed to give us a kerbside delivery right next to our gate, he had no control over the weather which had been dry until then and then came heavy sleety rain which lasted until i managed to get everything,in cardboard boxes, inside out of the wet.So all in all everything was fine.”

“some compression damage to 1 tap tail. VP unable to provide replacement tail only but offered full package replacement. Found replacement tail locally and VP refunded cost of replacement tail. V. Good.”

“Very accommodating with delivery dates. Bit of mix up on delivery day as said we were not at home to accept delivery and we were. It turns out the driver was delivering another product at another address.”
