“User-friendly web-site for those of us less than familiar with on-line shopping. Straight-forward ordering/payment process. Great communication re updates of parcel journey & delivery. Up-beat delivery driver who was spot on with his day's organisation & texting.Flexible shower curtain rail is robust, looks smashing albeit a bit awkward to encourage the plastic inserts round the corners once who rail has been fitted in the final, rectangular position.The joins seem to be slightly out of true once pressure has be needed to achieve the desired shape/ fit... perhaps more a product issue where an extra pair of hands was needed.Just wonder if manufacturer has any tips as to how my set-up could be encouraged to function with greater ease ?The assembly and fitting was done by a thoroughly experienced plumber who added that by end of process he felt manufacturer might do well to enclose additional hint/s how to achieve smoother operation following on from final ceiling fix. Notably.product strong point is having a pair of ceiling fixings as opposed to the more accustomed single option other manufacturers offer..”

“The driver was good and wheeled the bath onto the drive as we are taking into storage till the Plummer can fit it. Very surprised that it would be packed with all the products resting on the shower screen !! Your packers need to be shown how to pack logically !!!”

“I ordered a suite and was entitled to free delivery. The company contacted me to arrange delivery on a day that suited me and turned up when they said. The delivery driver was helpful and courteous. The delivery was correct and accurate.”

“it was frustrating waiting in all one day and even though a vehicle broke down that the delivery did not still get to me that day via a replacement vehicle. This necessitated me getting someone else to receive it the next day. I still have not seen the product yet as I am away but understand from my plumber that it is fitted. Ordering and tracking was very good until when vehicle broke down. It would have been better that a phone call message had been left instead of finding out late in the day .that delivery was not possible online after the slot time had passed.”
