“Good quality fittings which arrived on time. My plumber tells me across the industry showerscreens are shorter than they advertise. Bit of a shame as I would have gone for a bigger one if I’d have known. VP you can fix this on your website.”

“Prompt delivery, any issues dealt with satisfactory though was kept on hold 20 mins the 2 times I called to sort a faulty product, that was annoying but fault has been resolved and replacement received in 48hours”

“Good quality products delivered quickly. When a hairline crack was found in the towel rail, and another was needed within 24 hours, they sorted that out without any fuss. Helen Welsh was particularly helpful in customer services”

“It was very easy to place the order and arrange for finance. Delivery was fast too. The only thing I was not very satisfied with was the customer support through the on line chat service where they assured me they were going to send me an offer for a product I requested and never heard back from them. Also, I asked for things that I later found they could provide, however the employee replied that they couldn't. I also trying to chat at night, my queue number was 7, then 6 until 1, but then nobody attended the chat.”
