“Very quick delivery of my tap sooner than I expected which is good as other items required for my kitchen despite assurances of delivery were held up! Pleased with that service! And as for the tap it's so smart and goes perfectly with my new black sink seemingly was easy to fit as well! Pleased overall! Kind regards M Greaves.”

“We’ve used VP for a number of projects and found them to be efficient and helpful. This most recent purchase was a replacement sink for a new bathroom which was accidentally cracked during installation. We couldn’t find the exact replacement online but a phone call soon sorted this out.”

“Items delivered direct from manufacturer - toilet and pedestal basin packed in three boxes surrounded by heavy duty air filled pancaking. The dimensions stated in the web post were not quite the same as the actual item - due to issues removing previous basin I chose this to match a specific height and it is approx 15mm short of published dimension!”

“Radiator did not come with instructions or label as to which side is for flow etc. But good price and service. Minor mark on front of my radiator when it came but just turned this to the wall side. Thermostat valves looked metal but were plastic is only fault.”

“Had an issue with leaking concealed shower valves. Did not know what make it was on inspection. After conversations with Victoria Plumbing staff I purchased a cartridge that they thought would replace. Unfortunately this was not the case but after protracted investigations a complete replacement was identified and was duly fitted saving the day. Great commitment from all!”
