“Absolute shambles of a company, delivered someone elses bathroom., then made absolutely no effort to rearrange delivery. Clearly had no interest once the bathroom had left their premises. No apology , no contact at all. Had to arrange multiple times for delivery with their incompetent delivery couriers.”

“Got a damaged item delivered in a filthy box (an item which was also returned by a previous customer). I can’t get a returns label on line. Have called (can never get through), sent email (no response after 10 days) sent message on online chat (no response). Dreadful aftercare!”

“somehow post code was jumbled between two and after calling long distance from US several times to correct issue along with the recipient doing the same and being told it had been revised it still was not. I paid extra shipping for it to arrive sooner but still not recieved it threee days later.”

“I ordered sample tiles on the 17/1/19 nothing arrived. Call the so called HELP line on Thursday morning the 24/1/19 told they would look into it and call me that day or latest Friday, nothing. Called Monday 28/1/19 told they would look into it and call me straight back! Received a email last night. Do I really want to order from here????”

“Poor delivery. rude service and took over a week to respond to my complaint. Make sure you check whether a pallet will be used as they are left at the curbside- this is stated in the small print but really not that obvious when you make the purchase.”

“The worst ever after sales and customer service. I received a faulty item and it has taken numerous calls and emails and despite several promises no sign of a replacement item yet. STEER WELL CLEAR. I'm gutted I didn't see the reviews on line before spending my £2000 of hard earned cash.”

“Order several products coming to around £600, paid extra for a 2 man delivery on a selected day, a week in advance and no one turned up. Had no communication it wasn't coming and even used a days holiday to wait in for it. Poor service.”

“Installation instructions were of limited use and did not explain the fitting of the metal seal under the shower door. The kit of parts were for a ceiling filling of the braces. Mine required wall fixing of the braces. The flexible seal between the door and the narrow side panel is very flimsy and unlikely to last very long. The Customer Services team have not answered my phone call after 10 minutes on hold.”

“Had an extra hole in the control panel for some reason. Poor instruction build. Shower base leaks. Had to reconstruct the base and fill the extra hole above the control unit. Would not recommend this shower at all. Very badly designed and engineered. If this was designed in the UK, I am very disappointed.”

“The delivery driver knocked on my door and was very rude - he just said "delivery" then left. I followed him outside and he was walking away with his pallet truck to his large lorry quite a way down the road. He left the pallet with the very heavy radiator on the front on my property almost on the pavement. I am a mother with 2 children under 2, and my husband was at work. I do not know how the delivery driver expected me to get the radiator safely into my home!! It was so heavy I had to ask some workmen to carry it in for me. I was disgusted with the delivery driver and couldn't believe he had left a mother alone with children to carry inside a huge heavy radiator.”
