“I ordered a shower cabin from Victorian plumbing, which arrived when expected. My plumber then arrived a week later to assemble the shower cabin. there were meant to be 4 boxes, all containing various panels and parts. One of these was missing, which I reported on the day over the telephone. Someone was meant to call me back before 9pm with an update - this never happened. Long story short - the panel is out of stock with Victorian Plumbing and with the manufacturer and I have had to order a different shower cabin. My gripe is that it's taken 8 emails and 6 phone calls to get to this point. Nobody has ever called me back and the delay in responding to emails is ridiculous - not a single person has taken ownership of this complaint and kept me informed and I will not be using Victorian Plumbing ever again. I am still waiting for delivery of a new shower cabin & collection of the 3 original boxes - 3 weeks later! I have also incurred £150 costs from my plumber for a wasted day's labour. Not ok!”

“Faulty radiator sent. Very slow in responding to the problem. No action taken by the company and no new radiator sent . Four days after first complaint still waiting to hear from company regarding when new radiator will be with us. Holding up our renovation work.”

“Be careful. This is a fair and honest review and I have pointed out the good as well as the bad. I received the goods on time. I ordered 2 toilets, 2 showers, a bath, 3 sinks, taps and plumbing. The quality is ok. It's not high quality by any means but it's not the worst either. The best way to describe it is "rattly" (the vanity unit, toilet and shower enclosure all rattle when you use them). But it's not terrible quality and I can live with it. The problem is with their customer services. I urge you to read other reviews on other sites (I wish I had) where they have 1 star. The vanity unit we ordered was the wrong size. I had another order being delivered and u asked if they could collect the vanity unit when delivering the other order. VP refused and said we had to return it separately via a courier. I did (be aware that returning the items is incredibly expensive and you have to return them at your own expense). I returned the unit having not even taken it out of the box. VP have refused to refund me on basis that the unit was damaged. They have sent me photographs and the item looks like someone has taken a hammer to it.Odd.”

“delivery was fine, toilet was fine, sink was very poor quality,basin not level so waste unit does not sit flush with basin and leaked extensively. Sealed with mastic and looks messy but will have to do as the plumber has already fitted the sink before we realised.”

“Very very poor. I received the ceramic Belfast’s sink drainer and it is just too heavy and big for my kitchen. It is going to cost me more to send back than what I paid for it. VP could have picked it up on their next delivery to London and I would have been satisfied to have paid the same price I paid for transportation to me for a return but no! So... never shopping with VP again. My contractor order me a shower from them. It is tinny, it leaks and is another disaster. Bad ...bad...bad... never again.”

“Driver refused to put items in door way and left them on drive. Had to ring a friend for help on getting items into house. Spent over £500 and was left feeling helpless!”

“Placed order on 20/02 still not arrived 25/02 for next day delivery spoke to customer service sopposed to ring back did not i rang had to wait 13 mins plus 6 mins in morning still don't know where order is terrible service”

“They do not honour their guarantees.... will never purchase anything from them again..... and customer service is shocking. If your do not follow up then they will not. My advise is do not buy with this company. Plenty of others out there that will value your custom.”

“A category of errors and appalling customer service trying to deal with the issues. Still left unsatisfied after a number of dealings with numerous members of staff and the best resolution offered was a refund for one of the items and 5% off for the other problems”

“After sending me my product by post i found that the item sent was the wrong size to what i ordered, even though it was in the box with the *right sized* product on the label, it took an eternity to respond to my complaint email, when they did they asked for 3 photo images in an email of what they sent to me, i duly obliged and have heard nothing since in over a fortnight, a very poor way of treating online customers, their complaints service is terrible, and how they can send me a review page is nothing short of sheer cheek when they haven't even completed my sale yet, very very poor transactions, steer well clear.”
