“Dreadful customer service, impossible to get a refund, even when the product was defective and they won't arrange courier collection (which they can do much more cheaply than a private person) even at customer cost. Since they are almost entirely internet based and the products are not accurately described or illustrated this is a big problem. Would definitely advise against using these people.”

“First delivery was received with 3 items missing. A subsequent delivery was rescheduled however there was still one item missing and so a third delivery had to be scheduled. Furthermore one of the items was faulty and so a fourth delivery had to be scheduled. This all resulted in a significant time and cost expense and the expression of goodwill was poor.”

“One and a half years after buying a full bathroom suite I have had to replace both sink and bath taps as well as shower head. All of these items are not fit for purpose and have cost me considerably more to replace than just the cost of the items. I will never be using shoddy product from Victorian Plumbing again.”

“Absolutely diabolical delivery company and extortionate delivery charged for such a poor service from palletways . After an hour of complaining refunded my delivery charge but still left me with an 8ft wooden pallet which looks like an adventure climbing frame to dispose of myself . Absolute joke considering all that was delivered was a slim shower screen.”

“Bought a product that was advertised with a 10 year guarantee. After a year the tap is broken and continually leaking. Have been told the faulty part is not covered under guarantee. Clearly their 10 year guarantee is worthless!”

“Awful experience, late deliveries and a smashed toilet. A replacement toilet was send out and i was delivered another smashed toilet. This has taken over three weeks so far and i still have no complete suit. Never again!!”

“I received my package in terrible state. Valves were out of their packaging and loose in the end of the box. Polystyrene packaging was smashed to pieces. Amazed the radiator was not damaged.”

“Do not use this company delivered a bath with crack in it refused to send through the did not send through any refund paperwork. Leaving family with young children the option of a faulty bath or no bath at all.”

“The soft closer doesn't work, reported to yourselves, you ask for a photo. You know what the closer looks like, it doesn't look any different whether it is working or not, but you want a photo. This makes no sense, and you can't explain how or why a photo is going to help with my complaint.”

“mislabelled our delivery which meant courier lost delivery, refused to send replacement until we paid in full for a second delivery and then we would have to wait for courier to return item to them before they reimbursed us.”
