“Items ordered and delivered in the space of a week and delivery was really good. I was concerned about how we would get the items into our house, but the driver was really good at manoeuvring them into the garden ready. Really pleased with the bathroom suite that has turned up and it was exactly what I wanted. Our plumber said it looked like a quality bath and has been easy to fit. Even came back and ordered some further items because I was so happy with the purchase so far!”

“We purchased a mirror cabinet for a bathroom which which had to be cut out of the double cardboard packaging. And it appeared to be nothing like we ordered - seemed to be part of a system with "feet" and screws that didn't seem to do anything. Ad the enclosed diagrams and instructions - impossible to follow - were for some sort of cabinet and drawer system. And finally it looked cheap and shoddy and nowhere near worth the price we paid. We wanted to send it back but the Returns policy states that the original undamaged packaging must be used which was impossible. In the end we decided to cut our losses and it is going in the Council skip. Lesson learned. but since the enclosed instructions were for something else entirely we had no idea what”

“On installation of the toilet I purchased it was obvious the cistern had a leak, on inspection two pin holes could be seen in the base, I contacted your team on the 13th of November and I am still waiting for a replacement. This toilet was put into my parents home, they are both in their eighties, they have to throw water down the loo as the cistern can not be fitted. Not good to say the least Thanks for asking Darren.”

“Victorian Plumbing gave incredibly efficient quick service. I ordered a bathroom basin, taps and drain fittings online first thing on a Thursday morning. As I needed the items by the following Monday, I rang to ask about express delivery. I was then told by a polite and understanding lady that I couldn't have express delivery because the basin I had ordered was not in stock but new stock was expected in the afternoon so I paid for standard delivery and hoped for the best. I was delighted when the whole order arrived the following afternoon- the day after it was ordered. The basin is installed and we are very pleased with it.”

“Easy to order online. We placed the order Wednesday evening and the delivery company delivered on Monday (although we did have to be in for the day, no time given). We ordered a vertical radiator and it came standing upright on a pallet. It was well packaged but if we didn't have a garage for the delivery driver to put it in it may have been a problem. We did know that it was coming on a pallet though so it was not a surprise.”
