“The item was a shower duct board made of brittle plastic. It was very poorly packaged and was only protected by a plastic bag. It arrived broken and Victorian Plumbing seem to want me to send it back at my own expense and are ignoring my emails. I will be seeking legal advice when I'm off next week”

“Damaged product, cracks in the surface very poor quality. The company take no responsibility and will not exchange. I would avoid at all cost unless you want disappointment. a poor quality product and poor service.”

“My Items Were Oversized, Which Equated To The Fact That The Space Built To Accommodate These Items, Was Not Big Enough. Handle Arrived With No Attachment Bolts. When I Notified VICTORIA PLUM, It Was 3 Days Before I Received A Response. Faults Still Not Rectified. Very Poor Service ! I Am Really Upset Over My Treatment”

“Delivery process, or lack of, was terrible. Wife had to unload entire £2k order from vehicle herself as driver was alone, had no lift/crane etc and delivery was not palletised. She had to lift every item from van herself including 900 shower enclosure and concrete tray. Only helped with bath, which he injured Wife's leg with, and scratched bath. Made a complaint by email over a week ago and am still awaiting a reply despite following it up already. Won't be using company again. No reply to complaint made on the day of delivery over 7 days ago so can only conclude that they are not interested beyond the thousands of pounds they have already received. Abysmal!!”

“No phone call to arrange a delivery. *(Delivery guy was great tho).. Asked a question about one of my items over a week ago, still no response, not sure wether to fit it or not as I think it may wrong but they don’t get back to you and never answer the invoice phone. Useless!”

“Terrible on communication. Im waiting to place orders for 4 bathroom suites . Still awaiting emails so I can proceed . Just a waste of my time. I ordered items which they had for sale which it turns out they couldn’t actually supply . Seems strange I ordered the same items from another supplier and got them. Same make same model I’ve never dealt with any bathroom company quite this bad .”

“Very unhappy with after sales. The flexi pipes were far too short to fit the system. I employed a plumber to fit this toilet only then for him to discover this. He then had to go out to buy new fittings. All this at extra cost. I phoned the number given here, after waiting 20 minutes to speak to an adviser I am being told there is nothing to be done as I did not report this before fitting! Appalling! Especially as I have now read other feedback where customers have reported the same. I will never buy anything from you again and I will advise others the same.”

“Part of my order was missing and I was not advised, I have had to chase VP. A mirror was broken and I asked to swap it for something else instead (happily paying the extra) and a replacement mirror was sent. Emails were not read properly and the case was closed by VP without any resolution. Just really disappointed as I like your products but will be sure to tell everyone I know how bad the customer service is at VP!”

“Order said to be delivered on Friday 11 October and signed for. Signature definitely not mine and no parcel. Email and phone to you gave no response, similarly with DX. So how come if you and DX said it had been delivered and signed for that the parcel actually was delivered on Saturday 12 th ? DX was impossible to track . Appalling service .suggest you use DPD or Yodel in future.”

“Poor Customer service, waited on hold for 30mins when the hold time was 10, still on hold & couldn’t wait any longer. Order placed 29th September & still waiting for reply & delivery, but they took payment 3 weeks ago!!!!”

“My plumber was very unhappy with my purchase there was lots missing like plug for sink door knobs for cupboards etc no Hole in the sink tap to work the waist poor quality steel that bent needed replacing etc he was constantly running to the diy store”

“Unable to easily contact anyone , takes 2-3 days to receive an email back, that was badly answered and didn’t resolve my problem. I now have two sets of feet only wanted one and an £50 out of pocket”
