“We ordered a number of items to refresh our en-suite shower room and downstairs cloakroom. The quality of the products is fantastic and my husband and the plumber found them fairly straightforward to install. The entire en-suite was ripped out re-tiled and replaced within a week! We had to return a couple of items but only because they weren't required, and the process for this was simple and straightforward. I would certainly recommend Victorian Plumbing.”

“I waited at home all day for delivery which did not arrive. Delivery required signature. Found parcel the next morning on my doorstep. I now want to return the product but have to pay £13 to do so. Not happy!”

“Paid 24.95 for 2-7 day delivery for it to take 10 days. My order was delivered to another firm who then phoned me and asked “when do you want it” about 5 days ago was the answer to that. Have emailed for a refund for my 24.95 as it is a shocking amount of money for a service i did NOT receive and have since had zero reply that was over a week ago”

“Had delays beyond the 'back in stock' dates offered that i would never have found out about without chasing. Following 4 conversations with the chat team where i was given incorrect information i eventually had progress over the phone however was charged a delivery fee that i shouldnt have with no explanation. Would not recommend.”

“The tiles that I bought arrived broken, only a few tiles were usable maybe 7 at most the rest were smashed. The delivery person took a photo and marked on his receipt as damaged on arrival. I sent an email to Victoria plumbing asking for a refund (that should included the expensive cost of delivery too). I have nothing back. This service is unacceptable.”

“It’s been 13 days since I was told my bathroom light was dispatched and I still do not have it. I cannot believe the stupidity of a company that has failed to deliver my order and as yet not answered my complaint about this but still sends me a request to review them. I won’t be shopping there again. To be fair as I haven’t received it I cannot comment on the quality of the product itself.”

“The bath looks okay, but dear god.....the couriers that Victorian use! Be careful people......kerbside drop off means just that! Mine was dropped off by the most unhelpful driver I've ever encountered! Thank god my wife was at home! Still waiting for DX to bring the rest of the stuff but despite promises that they'll be there, they won't show up! Hopefully 3rd time lucky tomorrow!You only know how good a company is when something goes wrong......well, I'm struggling to get my bathroom components delivered! Heaven help me if I needed to return them! I wish I'd read the reviews first! I wouldn't use them again.....I have used the other company with a very similar name in the past.....they were great and I'll be using them for the next phase of my renovation!”

“Ordered my items almost three weeks ago and still don’t have my order due to a truly terrible experience with the delivery courier. I’ve been told misleading or false information, the company booked the wrong day for delivery and communication and customer service has been absolutely terrible. I won’t be ordering from you again.”

“Bathroom suite arrived left on pallet in middle of driveway, once unpacked from pallet bathroom sink was smashed . sent email with photo on Tuesday 29th October still have had no response or replacement sink as of today 4th November. plumber, plasterer and tiler had to be cancelled. Delivery driver supposed to phone 30 mins before no phone call received luckily my daughter had arrived at my house just before. Had to carry all of items into my house off the drive as just left there. Terrible experience all round. Please can I just have a new sink so I can replace my old bathroom. Customer ref. ORD-0001545111-2390839 Damaged ref no. 1918159”
