“Absolutely shocking, really bad. It leaks in 3 places under the so called seal straight onto the bathroom floor. Worst purchase ever!!”

“It took 8 working days to deliver, boxes arrived upside down. Then they put chrome radiator brackets for an anthracite radiator. You can’t get through on the phone, live chat works and been waiting for a reply about what they are going to do to solve the problem. Very disappointed”

“Took three weeks for our goods to be delivered. Once recieved one item was damaged, so we followed process and requested a replacement with the necessary supporting information and 5 days later we still have heard nothing in response from Victorian Plumbing. Worst service possible in a time when retailers are struggling and not a company we will ever consider using again.”

“I'm disappointed as my wife ordered our bathroom through quido and we are still waiting for the cash back to be acknowledged. At this moment in time I wouldn't recommend you guys. I should have £40 plus pound cash back so at this moment in time I'm disappointed. Please call my wife on 07576583551. Once it's sorted our rating will go up.”

“I have ordered two bathroom suites and radiators for my home. Various items from my bathroom suites have arrived damaged or with imperfections. Trying to get radiators without chips and damage was very hard work, I had to reorder them 4 times to get standard quality products. I am also due a refund which 4 weeks after letting Victorian Plumbing know that they did not reimburse me the correct amount. Not only that, every time I call, it takes 20 minutes before being able to speak to someone. Really disappointed with every angle of the company; mainly their horrendous quality control and lack of internal communication between the sales team ad accounts.”

“Curb side delivery only, at 5 months pregnant if I’d know this would have arranged extra help. Other deliveries of similar products have had 2 people to deliver. this was a pallet delivery which the 1 chap couldnt carry or move. Luckily my mother in law arrived who helped to carry items in but only just.”

“Trying to get onto customer services is impossible they timescale can run upto 20 mins. Emailed customer services and still waiting for a call back. Would I use them again probably not.”

“The cabinet is faulty and the toilet seat the wrong colour. I am still waiting to find out what the resolution is for this.... in the meantime i still have an unfunctional bathroom!”

“Has to pay £25 for delivery and delivered the item late. Ordered another item from a competitor with no delivery charge and got the delivery in 3 days. Unfortunately had to cancel another order. After 3 weeks still waiting for a refund. Poor communication and bad service.”

“This year i have renewed 2 bathrooms and purchased all goods through Victorian Plumbing. I have recently placed another order for toilet items and the quality of a particular unit was so bad i called to request a return and full refund. Very unhelpful customer support - "fill a form and return goods at your own cost". Totally unacceptable!”

“I had a missing part for my shower, The wheels were missing on the sliding doors, I rang up on the 28th which the lady said it takes 48 to escalate. I asked if I would be contacted the lady said yes, It’s now the 8th of September and still nothing”
