“Spoke to Victoria Plumb re Grohe elbow fitting for wall mounted basin on 27/10/2021. (Non compatibility with uk fittings) Sent email on 29/10/2021 saying awaiting answer. 04/11/2021 still no answer. Supplying foreign goods without knowledge of compatibility.”

“The order process was straightforward enough, but I still haven't received my goods nearly 3 weeks later as the delivery company, Palletways, are appalling , they take no notice of instructions to send on a smaller vehicle, despite the detail being noted on their track and trace system and have twice sent a wagon that is too big, they have then promised to deliver on a smaller vehicle the same day, then the next day and not turned up. For this reason I would not recommend purchasing from VP unless you are picking up”

“The order arrived very well packed, and was correct. The del people were very poor. Paid extra for next day del, didn't arrive. This was on a Thursday. On Frid received notification that it would be del Frid pm. Nothing arrived, no notification letting us know what was happening. Knock at the door Sat am, it arrived. Just lucky that we were home. So this was a poor del company.”

“Amazing service. Ordered Kitchen mixer tap at 2pm and it arrived the next day within 24hours! Great value at sale price too. Solid tap, well packaged and easy to fit. Definitely recommend this company for service and quality. It’s a 10 from me!”

“Good service, when goods are in website, available off the shelf. But not very helpful when you haven’t an item readily available. Surely, in your dominant market position, you can get “that little extra” effort from your suppliers ?”
