“Great looking products but the company is a nightmare to get hold of if there’s a problem. Impossible to speak to anyone. I sent over 20 emails without any meaningful response at all. Hopeless and very stressful!”

“Our vanity unit was delivered with the outer packaging soaking wet and when opened the vanity unit was badly water damaged. Why it was stored or any where near water is a mystery. We are awaiting delivery of a replacement but it has put our bathroom work back about 10 days. Hopefully when the replacement comes it will be ok”
