“Good product range and competitive pricing, but very poor communication re delivery. My order was repeatedly ''out for delivery'' but didn't turn up. It eventually arrived on a day when we weren't expecting it - so it was lucky that there was someone at home to take delivery.”

“The online ordering was good, however the delivery could have been improved. Contact went through our builder who was expecting delivery on a certain day, it didn’t turn up, this may have been a communication issue. However when we as the purchaser called to sort it out we have our contact t number for the delivery company to call. No call was received? However in the meantime they did turn up with delivery on the same day but the lorry was too big for the bridge to get near to the house. We believe that we mentioned restrictions regarding delivery at the time of ordering.”

“Their customer service is practically non existent. We mistakenly ordered wrong size shower screen. I spent two hours trying to get through to them to ask if they would be prepared to collect screen while, at the same time, deliver a replacement screen. Couldn’t find the live chat app for days. Eventually (literally four days later) I managed to speak to live chat and operators were very very good. You cannot contact this company by telephone. 6 days later I received an email reply from customer service. I will be very reluctant to place any future orders with this company. To be fair, the quality of the items I purchased is good”
