“Very easy to place the order online and delivery was within the timeframe stated with the driving calling ahead to say he was on the way and even helped place the item securely in the garage.”

“Ordered a side panel for the bathtub. It arrived quickly however there was damage to one end where there had been an impact. Luckily, our contractor needed to shorten the panel and was able to cut off the damaged part. However, in future I would be cautious about ordering fragile items for delivery.”

“I ordered three items. One was perfect. One was not needed after all. One was damaged. I sent photos of the damaged item and explained all of this and asked for a full refund. I was sent a new replacement for the damaged item but wanted a refund as could not wait for the replacement to arrive. I have sent emails everyday, received one phone call at 7.30pm and emails are not responded to quickly so two weeks later I still have the items here and no refund. You can speak in person to anyone either. Poor service. Just want the three items refunded. This is not hard.”

“Having had the disappointment of receiving the wrong taps and aggro from another supplier I was pleased to discover Victorian Plumbing. I ordered online and the correct taps were delivered within a few days at a good price. I then decided to get all accessories for the new en suite from Victorian Plumbing and lo and behold they were here within days. Everything has been well wrapped, no damage and good prices. What more could you ask for.”
