“Extremely disappointed, ordered Astoria slipper bath, with waste system, two claw feet broken when unpacked, waste system unusable, and completely unable to contact company to complain”

“The product (thermostatic shower bar) was labelled incorrectly which cost me a days extra plumbing! Hot and cold, blue and red stickers in the wrong positions!”

“Terrible customer service and returns policy . Ordered a radiator and was diff colour to the picture and it will cost me £46 to return a £150 radiator absolute shocking. I have a account with Victoria plum who I get free uplifts and returns on all orders . This company is a scam Trading off another company’s name”

“I ordered my shower on 24 November. It was meant to be delivered on 2 December. Your online tracking system suggested it was just sitting in the warehouse. On 9 December I called enquiring about when it would be delivered. I was told that I would be called later that day to arrange a delivery slot. I gave two phone numbers to decrease the likelihood of me missing the call. I have still not received a call. The plumber is booked to come in on Thursday to fit the shower, and other elements of my renovation cannot take place until this has been done. I am extremely disappointed in the service I've been given, and the customer service team have been unhelpful and inactive. Would not recommend.”

“The product did not work, I have been trying to contact them on the phone to report it, have been on hold on both occasions for 20 minutes, gave up both times. Have sent an email no reply so far. Very poor service so far”

“No communication made in regards to the delivery of my ordered showers and vanity unit. I only received confirmation from VP when I requested an update on my order to be told the vanity unit is out of stock. I requested the showers to be delivered separately however have received no update since. Not a happy customer. The showers are needed asap”

“Items arrived damaged and the response time just to arrange for them to be collected was very long. Then there was more delay in actually getting the message across that we didn't want a replacement, just to return the items for a refund. The original items were returned but then we received replacements. It took ages to get these collected. All in all the shower we ordered was poor quality with lots of plastic parts and the customer service was some of the worst I've come across for a long time. Would NOT recommend this company”

“Service from Victorian Plumbing very poor, over 30 minutes to answer call, agent didn't have a clue about what was needed with the radiator. Placed order, arrived with no valves, no call or update told yesterday not in stock until 6th December and then showing in stock, again took over 30 minutes to get through. No reply to emails. I recommend another company”
