“I couldn't return unwanted item. On your site sa you don't talk to people who are not builders with traiding account. All other shops pick up the unwanted items . Even if the item is damaged i have to pay for returning it!”

“Ordering was easy, delivery was when advised and products arrived undamaged and well packaged. The only downside to the whole purchase was that two radiators arrived separately so had to be home on two occasions for one order.”

“Although the parcel arrived on time, the box had already been open as the seal was missing and the box dented. When my plumber came to fit the tap the tube of grease was missing. In addition the flexible pipe was slightly dented this matched the box dent . He continued to fit the appliance but called Bristan direct to sort out the fact that the tap was indeed faulty and did not work once installed. They sent a replacement tap to me directly.”

“Delivery was as asked but product was damaged. We paid a lot for delivery as we needed it quickly and unfortunately we had to rearrange the fitting of our bathroom as this product couldn't be fitted. They did refund the price of the product, but we lost out on the £45 delivery fee and also the time we had booked off work to fit the bathroom. It was also difficult to contact them as the customer phonelines were not open due to covid, and it did take a while to get it sorted through email. We have also been left with a bath to dispose of now, and there was no return collection from them. It would have cost us another £80 to return it by courier. It has put us off ordering such big items online.”

“I found the website easy to use and found my products quiet quickly. The information attached was sufficient to place an order. Items arrived on time and well packaged. Only downside is that the radiators I ordered came on a pallet... getting quiet a collection at my property now !! Didn't think it was worth deducting a star.”
