“I ordered 6 radiators, but one was not in stock but due in within 1 week. I got the 5 other radiators in stock within a few days of the order which was good. However when I checked on the day after the date the outstanding radiator was to be in stock, they said it’s not arrived into the warehouse yet. I didn’t hear anything but gave it 1 week, to then contact customer service again, who then informed me that the radiator was due in end of June, which was about 7 weeks from the estimated initial date. I had to choose A different radiator, but it was a totally different size and price and model too. The whole reason I ordered with Victorian plumbing was that I could get all the matching radiators for my house. I was annoyed initially that there was no communication or update and if I hadn’t made contact I wouldn’t have known the delivery date was 7 weeks away! Service aside, I have yet to receive this outstanding radiator so I’ll see when that arrives. The other radiators that I’ve received so far look good and seems to be doing their job.”

“Shower tray arrived damaged over a week ago. Said they can't send me a replacement till they get that one back. However they have my money, but that does not seem to matter. Told me I can order another one then get the money back for the first one when it's collected but I'll have to pay the £25 delivery charge again, which is a joke. I work all week and they can't collect on weekends so I'm now going to have to take a days leave for the collection, asked if they can deliver the new one at the same time and they said that's not possible, they need the damaged tray back first (and as I said they still have my money it's all paid for 🤷‍♀️). I'm now over a week behind on my on suite being refitted and don't know when the plumber can fit me in next. It's been a total disaster. Will not be ordering from them again.”
