“Excellent service, straight forward ordering on website, we were contacted quickly regarding delivery date and delivery driver was great he brought items onto driveway for my elderly parents, nice guy !! We unpacked and checked everything the same day and very happy with products and impressed how they were packed for transit. Can’t wait to have them fitted, we would definitely recommend Victorian plumbing !!!”

“Brilliant service, when the original items I selected were out of stock the customer service team were really helpful and helped me choose alternatives ensuring that I didn’t was still able to receive all my items in one delivery. The two man delivery service was also brilliant, they delivered everything safely and were friendly.”

“delivery excellent product good but returning a item only for the wrong fit a nightmare product tracked etc but very bad communication from VPand so far no mention of refund after 3 weeks”
