“The receptionist and nurse were lovely, they gave great service and let me know what was happening every step of the way. The only downside is the vet that my pet was seen by didn’t really explain much to me, the nurse had to elaborate on what was meant to be said. Other than that everything went as smoothly as I could of hoped for.”

“Merrell who answered the phone, was very helpful, and polite and understanding. The duty vet Adrian was lovely with Sasha and very thorough with checking her medically, and explained everything he was doing to our puppy, And fortunately after the treatment given she was better the next day.”

“Sadly lost our kitten due to an accident. The vets was more than accommodating however, I did not like the attitude of the receptionist, wasn’t sympathetic or empathetic at all to the situation and treated it strictly as a business transaction.”

“Great care from the staff, very friendly and put my mind to rest about my dog, my only fault was the out of hours payment, £182.42, seems very steep to me, but apart from that very happy”

“The vet and nurse were exceptional in their care for my cat and to me, however the room where we said goodbye to our cat was cluttered and didn’t feel clean, the consultation room was fine, but my concern would be bringing any other pets to that practice if they were operated on ‘out the back’.”
