“When our dog suddenly became very sick, vets now immediately accepted him as a patient. They ran all relevant tests and contacted us to keep us updated, when they could. I felt that every staff member I spoke to did everything they could to answer my questions and explain what was happening so that I had a full understanding of the situation. The phone was always answered when I called. I’ll always be grateful that vets now ensured my dog returned to full health and would never hesitate to leave him in their care. However, they were very busy with lots of animals when our dog was admitted, which meant that staff were not able to update us as they had hoped to and when our dog was returned to us, he was very smelly, as if he had been lying in urine (although this isn’t great, I think this was due to the illness he was suffering and the staff having to do what they could to help all animals in their care)!!”

“Vet care by the staff was exceptional. This would have been 5 stars were it not for the exceptional costs even considering out of hours. £16.50 pet insurance admin cost when I did the application online and all you had to do was send them the bill. Outrageous!”

“I posted a scathing review of Vets Now yesterday but I would just like to say I have since been in communication with their head office where they are very friendly and supportive so it's only fair I give their customer service an excellent review. If you have a problem, ring their head office or e-mail them, they may not be able to help everyone but they are very caring and considerate and will do their best to resolve the problem.”

“I was deverstated when I was told my Dexter should be put to sleep. I held him close whilst the vet gave the injection. The vet was lovely and very sympathetic with me.”

“St Anne’s a VERY clean & good vets practice. This out of hours visit was MEGA expensive!!! Altho vet in attendance fine, unless it’s a dia circumstance I won’t use again”

“I felt my dog was well looked after, they seemed kind and patient with him. However when I rang them to discuss my insurance claim the number on the card they gave me was unobtainable. I got an alternative number on line but that went straight to answer phone, this was mid morning when I rang. Very strange for a Vetinary practice.”

“So happy they seen pet promptly, paying so much for out of hours because cost is not the priority i was disappointed a further visit to pets own vet was required, did same examination and said pets pain releif should continue at least a week and gave loxicom, would have been so much happier if pet didnt suffer pain for a whole 24hrs before second visit to own vet, i feel he could have received same at emergency vet , they said not to hesitate in calling back to be fair!!! although another emergency fee was to much when own vets now open.”

“Lovely team & top class care & consideration in a difficult situation. The vets who dealt with our case were extremely supportive and provided what they could for our pet. As much as the outcome was unwanted We Appreciated this emergency service available as quick as it was so our animal did not have to suffer. Thank you”
