My cat was seen today urgently. The service was very thorough, with friendly, approachable staff and excellent care of both the cat and myself! Only negative side I would say is the high consultation costs - could put caring people off getting necessary treatment for their sick/injured pet if unable to pay the very high fee (as well as high drugs costs if needing treatment).

Didn’t have to wait long and vet was patient and understanding. However, I don’t appreciate receiving this text at 2am as it woke me up!

The treatment from arrival to leaving was fantastic. Both myself and my son were inconsolable and we were treated with such compassion. The vet and the nurse even carried my poor pooch out of my car. The reason I only gave 4 stars was the amount the service cost, £145 just to be seen, my total bill was just a little under £300, which I feel rather excessive.

Even though he was not very thorough with his exam he knew what was wrong and gave my cat his medication, my own vet agreed with the diagnosis, receptionists very helpful

Our cat was really poorly over the bank holiday weekend. Our initial visit was not a success but we returned in the evening and were seen by Amanda. She was compassionate, professional and competent and was amazing with our feisty Bengal superbly. She knew just how to handle him and gave him the treatment he needed to get him on the road to recovery. Excellent service in the end 👍🏽

I was worried sick about my little Ragdoll cat unable to pee and as it was weekend everywhere closed. However, I am on benefits and the nurse told me that to have him unblocked would cost £500 which clearly I never had so therefore he'd have to be put to sleep. I have no family and he's all I have and suffer from severe depression and anxiety...this I feel was completely unnecessary stress put upon me when I was actually entitled to free treatment for him. She should have asked FIRST if I was working or not. I thought this hospital was for PDSA and people in benefits. I was shaking and in tears, however she must have looked on system and discovered I was actually entitled and called me back inside....it was midnight and I was alone ( I was outside crying my eyes out) this should not have happened!? Turned out ok for us in end but very unecessary stress for me.

Great service considering it was out of hours and the staff looked after me and the kids very well whist the dog was being seen to....... Would have been 5 stars but for the after hours prices but hey.....

"Vets NOW" are without a doubt a life line to people/ organisations with animals BUT your call out cgarges to animal charities are way too high. Raising money for the care of animals is hard enough so please spare a thought to us animal charities. Without our care there would be so many animals in dire straits

I had to rush my 19 year old cat to Vets Now just after midnight. The vet we saw was so kind, caring and gentle with my old boy. We remained there for a couple of hours for observation to ensure he didn't react to the analgesia, given his age. The nurses were very friendly and provided me with a hot drink while we were waiting. Only downside is the expense of out of hours consultations for our pets, but I am guessing this is the same whatever veterinary services you use.
