“Unfortunately we had to book appointment on Father’s Day for our beloved cat Ezma. We took our children with us. It was calming as not busy and allowed the boys to spend time with her in the waiting room. They had said byes to her at home as we knew she wouldn’t be coming home with us. We felt no pressure to leave. Thank you for treating us and Ezma with dignity and respect.”

“Care received was good, only problem was the excessive out of hours cost! Then to add insult to injury was charged £15.83 admin for the insurance form to be completed.”

“First phonecall to them they were helpful and listened, no issue getting an appointment quickly, they explained price which as we all are aware is never cheap at out of hours, but gave you a rough idea before walking through the door. Upon arriving the vet was very good with my nervous Gsd and did all she could to put her at ease. My only issue was that I got charged for an insurance fill out form. Although they stated they could refund this at a later date to me they should've made this as an option prior to doing the bill. Aside from that everything was fine.”

“We would have preferred to see the same Vet on each occasion but I understand that the other Vets may be out on calls. It did take a long time for her wound to heal and I do feel that she could have had a couple of stitches as when glued on our first visit it opened up within an hour even though she was kept as quiet as possible.”

“Very good care and treatment and seen very quickly but was extremely shocked by the extortionate cost just to take him to be seen - £208 (which doesn’t include any treatment)! We had no choice but to take our dog due to his pain but the consultation fee is just way too expensive.”

“Thank you for taking care of our dog. We were told that a course of antibiotics was to be given - when we got to our day vets we discovered she had been given 2 x opiate, no antibiotics. Texts should be received at a more sociable hour.”

“Vet was lovely and supported my family through having to have our dog out to sleep and make the experience the best it could have been. On the other hand the receptionist was very rude to me and my family both on the phone and when we arrived.”

“Initial contact with call centre was poor. The person I spoke to was very difficult to understand & he had no knowledge of animals at all. I had to keep repeating myself & at such a stressful time that was upsetting. However, the rest of the service was good & staff were pleasant & knowledgeably.”
