“They were very lovely and fabulous with my parents. But when we got the Bill of £201 just to put our dog to sleep, I felt that was somewhat over priced! I just never understood why we had to pay for a consultation when I had already said our dog was there to be put to sleep.”

“Vets and surgery excellent Call centre very good Given 4 * because text confirming address incorrect. Fortunately son had taken details down on his phone as I was speaking. Added to stress which was not needed”

“We were seen straight away both times we visited and my pet was given a thorough exam. We werent rushed and both vets seen handled my pet well so they became less stressed as the exam went on.”

“We took our 8 week puppy to vets now after hours after our own vet gave us antibiotics that weren't working. It turned out our puppy had parvo virus. The vet explained everything to us and was honest but kind. They started treatment and gave us regular updates at least twice a day. Sadly our puppy didn't survive but I can hand on heart say they did everything they could and truly cared about him. When the vet called to tell us he was professional but showed emotion and let me cry he organised the arrangements and called me when we could collect his ashes. While a horrible experience I can honestly say we did the best thing for him and he was in the best hands”

“Our visit to Vets Now was out of necessity rather than desire. Out of hrs emergency vet. All staff - receiption / nursing & veterinary staff were all very lovely & helpful. I was kept me fully informed & was even offered a drink of tea/coffee while I completed necessary paperwork. However don’t be surprised by ‘inflated’ costs in addition to out of hrs charges. (Cost of simple bandage dressing for example was 75% more expensive than own vets).”

“I think the cost is extortionate especially as what seemed to be a 10 minutes appointment. Other than that service was good. Vet and nurse helped, friendly. Other complaint- SMS to complete review was sent at 3am on a Sunday morning!!!!!!!!!”

“I was pleased with the care my cat got before she was put to sleep, I found the vet very nice indeed. I know you can’t put a price on my pet care but your fees are rather expensive.”

“Efficient and friendly staff. Took a few visits to sort out my dog and vet seemed reluctant to give specific advice and ask you what you want to do. Probably because of the cost but I'd rather be told what's best for my dog by a qualified professional rather than me making the decision. Very happy overall though.”
