“Use vets now as own vets closed. Very happy with them, way they handled my dog. They were expensive”

“Emergency treatment fine, but won’t be using them again, 4 days after surgery, left with £3500 bill, even charged for a 2 minute check up following saturday”

“Not hugely happy with the overnight care & have written to you separately about this. Grateful that my dog was still alive after being with you but, to me anyway, he seemed much worse than he did 11.25 hours earlier when I dropped him in to you.”

“They are ridiculously expensive. How can they justify it? The rest of us work out of hours for normal money but they have you over a barrel. Not fair. The receptionist was nice though.”

“Looked after my dog overnight care and observation filling ingest of grapes. Drips ok and meds. But supervision or control measures could have been better as charged extra for replacement lines and guard offer puppy chewed them. Also charged for submitting insurance forms”

“The vet we saw was fab. Thoroughly examined our dog and put her on the road to recovery. The cost was ridiculous. I knew we had to pay a large charge just to be seen but the drugs administered were nearly double what we would normally pay then we had an extra £15 charge for them to fill in the insurance claim form. No wonder pet insurance is do expensive.”

“We visited the surgery on the Sunday morning the vet we saw was not very helpful and seemed to just do the bare minimum to get rid of us. We had to return later that day and the vet we then saw was more than helpful and was kind.”

“Yer good service, was really good with dealing with my poorly cat , although the price they charge is outrageous and has to be paid there and then , they have you over a barrel cause you have no choice if you love your pets”

“It was extremely expensive £150 for a 4 minute consultation. The vet was nice but he looked and acted like he'd been awake for three days (it was 8pm) and he was downing coffee and red bull. We had quite a long wait considering we were the only ones there. The cost of the consultation was quite prohibitive.”

“The receptionist was great and told me to come straight over and was ready for us. The vet kept my bunny alive overnight, however he misdiagnosed the issue, delaying the correct treatment until she attended the day vets.”

“Very good at looking after your pet, but really poor communication regarding costs. Am still waiting for a break down of costs and a proper invoice 5 weeks on. Very very expensive”

“Staff were good and helpful around time of operation. However still waiting for a call back from 3 weeks ago regarding insurance claim refund that we know has been accepted. Despite numerous phone calls and promises of the person that deals with claims 'Julie' going to ring us back. Still nothing.”

“we feel the charge for one night of care, especially after our vet had done all the treatment and assessment beforehand, was excessive. No problem with the level of care.”
