“I was happy with the care Harley received, after been left to bleed to death at abbeymore vets , Friday and the early hours of Saturday morning are all a blur really. After constantly phoning and even a appointment Friday at abbeymore they assured me his mouth would stop bleeding. When I visited abbeymore Monday to complain and voice my strong concerns about the neglect of Harley they tried to turn the blame around to you and said there was no need to have put Harley down , I am most distressed and upset by the whole experience. I now don't know which vets to take my other 3 dogs to in the future now I'm worried about their care”

“Gretel was looked after very well overnight. My only complaint was the cost which seemed excessive and included transport from my vet in Cranbrook to your facility in Ashford which I don’t think I should have had to pay for.”

“My rating is for the staff. Who were great. Not surprisingly, there is no question about the charges which are disgustingly high and would, in my opinion, discourage anyone except a true animal lover for whom nothing else matters, from seeking out of hours vetinary care for their pet. This is a risk to animals who may get left in pain and distress because of your sky high prices ... you need to sort this !!!”
