“My only comment is I wished the vet would have offered some reassurance to my daughter that dexter wasn’t going to be well looked after. Whilst I appreciate no one can offer promises my young daughter was heartbroken and crying and no words were offered that could have helped put her mind at rest. Just a small observation”

“Our little dog was having seizures and we had to attend the vets now in Glasgow . Our dog was well looked after and after second visit the vet advised that he needed to see a neurologist. After referring him back to our own for vet to be referred to vet school our dog was diagnosed with imflamation of the brain . We almost lost him but he is responding to the medication that we were given for him ,we hope he will be back to good health soon . The vets at the emergency vet were very kind and looked after him and us well . Thankyou very much to all”

“The staff were very helpful and quick but I did feel very emotional and felt I agreed to other test that my own vet insisted in carrying out the next day so potentially I paid for everything twice. That would be my only issue. I know it's a process of elimination but it was very quick”
