“The service was excellent and everyone we dealt with very professional and we were kept up to date with progress regularly. The reason for four stars was due to the inflated prices. We are not on benefits nor earn fantastic wages so the cost has put a huge dent in our bank accounts!!”

“Excellent service and lovely caring staff. My only complaint is to do with admin; I feel a £30 admin fee to submit a £700+ bill directly to the insurance company is excessive and puts an extra financial burden on clients who are already stressed - both financially and emotionally - by a pet’s illness or injury.”

“The vet dealt with Rhubarb very quickly, was very straight talking and clear with us about diagnosis and possible courses of action to help us make the right decision, compassionate too. Only downside is that the cost was incredibly expensive for such a short period of treatment / expensive. As a charity based organisation I would have expected more reasonable pricing. The customer at a time like this is clearly a captive audience and should not be exploited financially.”

“Both the vet and veterinary nurse were very caring and tried to make such a horrendous experience slightly more bearable. My only complaint would be the cost as not everyone can afford those prices and much loved pets would suffer because of it. Had I not just been paid i couldn't have afforded to bring my cat and although, devastatingly, he was put to sleep, at least he didn't suffer all night.”

“Advice given by the vets was very helpful, didn’t feel rushed during appointment and was seen quickly. Prices was expensive, expect it to be more with it been out of hours but £140 just to be seen before treatment is very expensive. Was a bit distressing seeing a dog come in that had been run over and the reseptionist refusing to help because the owners had not brought the right forms. The dog was bleeding and crying on the floor. Would only recommend to a friend if it was an emergency.”

“Was fast service and good advice and help .the only thing I think is the charges of appointment are way over the top just to see emergency vet, lucky me I have insurance but but people on low wages”
