“Both the nurse and get we saw were absolutely fantastic. Brilliant with our dog and lovely with us too. They explained everything well and really took care of us. Not quite full marks as reception area did not feel clean and smelt strongly.”

“Reassured us our pet was not dangerously ill. I think the pricing structure is rather steep for an initial consultation. Fortunately we have insurance but some people don’t.”

“Service was great and I really appreciate that we can have such great vet cover 24 hours a day, I dont know how you can justify a bill of £180 for a bottle of ear drops that cost £14.50 however.”

“I'm extremely grateful to Vets Now for being open on a Sunday. My elderly cat Abby who was 20 years old had to get an emergency appointment with the vet who was pleasant and very kind to us and told us the truth about what was wrong with are beautiful girl. Unfourtunely we had to get are little Senior Purrington put down which broke my heart. The vet said we could spend as much time with her as we wanted until we we're ready which made us feel slightly better. She also talked us through the procedures the whole time and made sure we understood what she said. I just wanted to say Thank you too the Vet and Receptionist who made us feel at ease and tried to make us feel slightly better when we were leaving. I only wish it was better circumstances.”

“We knew when we arrived at the vets in the he early hours the inevitable outcome was that we wouldn't be bringing our beautiful dog home. We were not pushed into any decision. Our dog was checked to see if there was any other option to help her. The environment was clean, quiet and we were able to calmly have her put to sleep while on my lap. The paperwork and choices of arrangements were tactically delt with. A huge thank you to them. The only grumble was getting her back. At the consulting room doorway passing her cremation bag over. Surely that could be changed to a more private and personal way not in front of other people.”

“Great service and great animal care but very pricey. I suppose there isn’t many options when you are in crisis and need veterinary care. Moaning aside, they do work hard to get you all the best treatments and options available.”

“The lady vet which attended to buddy on the 25th feb was very professional and compassionate.when giving her diagnosis and recommendations as to the best course of action for our pet. Only thing I have not given 10 out 10 was the we was not told the we could only pick buddy up when the vets now we’re there at Pdsa Hull just a small thing but still upsetting for me.”

“I found the reception staff to be extremely pleasant and nice on the phone and in person. This really made a big difference to my experience. I liked how when I rang up to check on my pets progress over night it was met with genuine niceness and staff took time to speak to me.”
