“Very professional and friendly service. Only disappointment was the cost which seemed unnecessarily high and disproportionate to the treatment received. However, the service gave us peace of mind and was conveniently located and we would use it again as an out of hours vets.”

“Milly my jrt took ill on bank holiday Took her in to vets now. Had a long wait as a very sick elderly dog was being dealt with. Milly was seen by a vet that put me at ease and gave me antibiotics for her diarrhoea. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful about insurance policy. Milly is two days into her treatment and doing well😀”

“They have cared for my dog over the Easter weekend and have given him great care, continually reassessing his health needs and updating me. They were happy for me to visit and spend time with him even though they had had a very busy weekend with lots of emergencies.”

“Great care for my puppy, he was monitored over night and came back to us all better, very grateful. The only things I would say for improvement are, I had to phone vets now for an update, it would’ve been better if someone from vets now had called me to let me know how my puppy was doing and when he could come home as I was very worried about him until I called to check how he was, fortunately he was doing a lot better. Also the prices are extremely high, I understand someone has to be employed to monitor the animals over night but I certainly didn’t think it would be as much as it was. Vets are supposed to help animals and I do get that it’s a business but I was refused a payment plan and was told I had to pay there and then so had to borrow money to make sure my beloved puppy wouldn’t die, I think that’s awful, payment instalments should definitely be available as the majority of people don’t have £600 ready to pay there and then in an emmergency situation. The vets never actually found out what was wrong with my puppy but I am very pleased with his care and that he’s all better now.”
