“It was very busy the poor girl on reception was dealing with lots of customers but she dealt with everything in a very professional manner. The Vet himself was rather grumpy and very obvious that he didn’t want to be there (neither did all the customers!!), bit of emphany would have been good.”

“We had taken our dog in as an emergency as she was very poorly. The vet insisted she stayed the day to be monitored and to have multiple tests. By the time we had came to pick her up she was completely different. She is now on the road to a very speedy recovery! Vets 4 pets were amazing with our dog and kept us updated frequently about her progress etc.”

“James who took care of me and Nala was absolutely lovely, I couldn’t fault him. He was kind, caring. He talked through what they would do with Nala through the night, and rang me once he’d settled nala down for the night. Unfortunately when my 8 month old kitten went to my usual vets, they found she had a genetic defect and there was nothing that could be done for her, so she had to be put down 😔”

“The vetinary surgeon that attended to us was unbelievable friendly, and responsive towards our needs. She showed understanding when we explained that we had no pet insurance and could not afford the overnight stay for our cat. We were provided with advice for after-care support, and the staff nurses were approachable and kind. More flexibility towards supporting pet owners without pet insurance should be part of your steps to improvement.”

“Prices were extortionate. Didn't have the appropriate medicine's. However the staff were pleasant enough & they saved my dog's life & for that I'll be eternally grateful.”

“They were very gd checked my dog right from head to paw and did bloods too rual out anything worrying so all and all they where really gd if i lived nearer i would deffantly go too them for all my pets treamants”

“Very helpful vets. Little bit expensive. Receptionist spent ages asking for my details before getting a Vet, thankfully my case wasn't too serious but if it was life or death I wouldn't have been very happy with how long it took.”

“Treatment was good but I put the rehydrating drink out for the dog and he didn't drink all night and was desperate for water when I came down in the morning and gave him fresh. I feel I paid over the top for that and the dog food which he wouldn't eat. He usually eats anything put down in front of him. I wasn't told that this wasn't part of the fee so it came as a bit of a surprise when I got the bill.”
