The journey from Scunthorpe to Doncaster was distressing for my pet. However the service there is good. Was kept waiting but there were poorlier pets than mine and they prioritised well.

Excellent service just very expensive for emergency call out

Satisfied by the professional but caring attitude of staff. Unfortunately the painkiller my rabbit was given made him too sleepy to eat so his condition worsened overnight and he had to attend his own vet as as day inpatient the next day. The vet at Vets Now did explain his choice of drug, which I agreed to, but with hindsight I'm not convinced it was the best option for a rabbit with stasis.

Good service when I needed it when my cat needed emergency treatment. Only downside is very expensive for people on benefits as payment required upfront

Upon arriving at the vet, my cat was away taken to be examined without me there. In fact the next time I had saw her was when she was going to be euthanised. I wish I had been there for her examination as she was very distressed and I feel this separation heightened her distress. I felt somewhat shamed about not being prepared to spend a large amount of money for overnight stabilisation that I felt would inevitably lead to more distress for my cat and ultimately more suffering. Having said that, her passing was very quick and peaceful and the reception staff were very comforting.

This was an emergency appointment out of hours and the response we had was very good albeit very expensive!! Time spent in consultation approx 20mins. As this is the chosen practice that covers our own vets there is no choice but to use them for continuity of care for your pet as they report back to your own vets if you should need a follow up.

Having used these guys on a few occasions I am completely happy with the care and attention they have paid to my dogs and their puppies. The only down side is the cost. It is 3 times the amount my usual vet charges for out of hours (he is unavailable at present hence using these guys)

Great service and lovely professional and reassuring staff. Purely marked down to a 4 due to the additional cost, not on out of hours, but on the medication etc as opposed to its usual cost from the vets.

They were so helpful when I took my cat in. Also very sympathetic and understanding when he died. But was a bit surprised to be asked to pay £400 being half the cost when I left cat as I had all insurance docs with me.
