“Our puppy broke her leg in an accident. They dealt with her very quickly applying a splint and giving her pain control to keep her comfortable. They were very professional.”

“The vets now where amazing felt as though they knew brodie very personal service. .I loved the way they made brodie feel so very special as she is. Most importantly they fixed her legs and made them work properly with in 6 wks, I am so very gratefull. Thank you thank you thank you.”

“Getting a phone call just after midnight to say my puppy needed emergency surgery was pretty traumatic. The vet (Rebecca??? I think) was fantastic! Explained everything, made me feel confident my pup was in very capable hands & most importantly did a great job & my puppy was back home 2 days later. Can't thank her enough.”

“After our dog had had a stroke, I contacted Vets Now via telephone for some advice and guidance on what to do next. The veterinary nurse I spoke to was extremely understanding and allowed us to speak the vet, who was extremely patient with me whilst I had to make the decision of putting our dog to rest. As we arrived at Vets Now we shown so much empathy and compassion by the veterniary nurse and after a thorough check the vet agreed that what we had decided was the right choice, we were fully informed throughout the process as to what would happen; this also supported the information we were given via our phone call. Afterwards we were allowed to spend some last precious moments with our dog. Both the vet and veterniary nurse were very professional as they could see we were both distraught. Whilst Vets Now aren't my regular vets I would certainly recommend them even. Even the after care follow up was touching as they hand sent us a condolensce card with some lovely Forget Me Not seeds for us plant and to remind us of our loving dog. Vets Now certainly go above and beyond and I'm grateful they were there during the early hours of the morning and in our time of need. Thank you.”
