“We were referred to Vets Now on Christmas Day with our ESS, with what we thought to be a tummy bug. The Reception staff were helpful and efficient. The Vet explained effectively and kindly just how gravely ill our dog was and that it was touch and go with him. We were kept up to date with his progress. We were able to collect him at the end of the day on Boxing Day, with full discharge notes to update our own Vet with. A young nurse explained that she had been in the crate with our dog on and off during the day to comfort him. Vets Now Bournemouth could not have been more thorough, professional or caring. 5 *****”

“This is the second time I have used vets now in Whitefield Manchester for my dog. The care received has been excellent. The receptionists are cheerful and helpful. The vets knowledgeable and happy to explain options for investigation and treatment depending on the diagnosis. Would highly recommend”

“We had to have our beloved cat Boo put to sleep back in September of last year (2018). The service we received was absolutely incredible. The vet on duty that night was so wonderful and completely reassured us that the decision we had made was the right one even though it was utterly devastating for us. I can not recommend them highly enough.”

“Our months old siberian husky was admitted to Vetsnow for overnight care following a 12 hour period of being's poorly, wasn't eating, drinking or moving. Vetsnow ensured our girl received the best necessary care to make her comfortable through the night until we picked her up the next morni g for her op. We couldn't thank the staff enough for everything they done for our girl, she settled really well and had lots of love and attention from the staff.”

“Vets Now saved my dogs life. In March my Akita had a blood transfusion, uterus and ovaries removed, a biopsy on her intestines and she was anaemic. She has IBS so is now on a Hyper Allergenic diet. I July she was back getting cyst removed - which were benign. My dog has recently been diagnosed by Crown Vets that she has an under active thyroid. She will be on meds for life but she is like a puppy again even though she is 10. Only thing I wasn't happy with was the demanding letter for the last £631. At this point I had paid approximately £6000 and my insurance had paid £4000 and I was paying the balance at £300 a month. That was admin at fault. I paid £331 and told them they'd get the last £300 in one month. Just over a week later I got another demand for the balance as admin wrote one week instead of one month. Vets were all amazing, especially Pamela Martin and Tobias Grave. I can't thank them enough.”

“My wonderful little dog, Molly died at home with me on a Sunday morning. I didn’t know what to do but from my first phone call to today when I collected her ashes everyone I spoke to at VetsNow in lincoln was kind, patient, caring and just wonderful. I wasn’t rushed into anything and my options were suggested with the utmost respect. Thank you so very much.”

“Its been a few months now since i was there and had to let Chico go. The vets were brilliant and did everything they could but biopsy came back with bad prognosis. They were very sensitive and caring and took care of funeral arrangements for me. I would recommend Vets Now 100%”

“I took Taffy (border collie) on sunday 25th november... after a couple of nights stay and the loving care vetsnow shown he is back home and doing well... thankyou ever so much to all that made my Boy well again, couldnt praise you all enough.”
