“Although this was an extremely distressing time for us they made us feel at ease and we wer confident they did the best for jak. They even rang my family in Spain to explain the situation. Even after the treatment the aftercare is amazing. They went above and beyond And we highly recommend them”

“Vets Now were incredibly efficient at a time when I was extremely concerned for the well-being of my cat. The lady who helped me was knowledgable and gave me a thorough explaination of what was happening. She worked quickly, so I was in and out in a relatively short period of time late at night. I was reassured that they had Pickle’s best interests at heart.”

“We were seen quickly and efficiently. The vet was great with our puppy and when he had an accident the nurse cleaned it up for us. The treatment he got worked quickly and the vet was very understanding of our worry about our baby boy!”

“Very caring and professional at such a difficult time. We were given as much time as we wanted with our dog after she had gone. We were given a paw print as a keepsake which was a lovely gesture”

“They were available at an unsocial hour and my pet got seen to straight away when I got in. Advise was given over the phone. And staff were all very professional and personable. And gave lots of time to me for each stage in the treatment to spend with my pet.”

“My dog Tinie was very ill, she had a massive tumour, which was diagnosed very quickly using an ultra sound. Sadly she had to be put down. Both the vet and the nurse on duty were kind, considerate and very professional. They made Tinie feel calm and relaxed, and gave me time and space to grieve. All in all they made a very painful and traumatic night very much less so.”
