“I had to take my Guinea pig in on Easter Monday and didn’t think I would be taking her home again. The vet was lovely, explaining my options in a very caring way but we decided that the kindest thing to do was to put her to sleep. The vet took me through what would happen and I said goodbye. The whole process was dealt with in a very caring and positive manner and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if the need arises.”

“My beloved Scottie dog took ill very suddenly and as it was outside of my usual vet's hours, I phoned vets now. From the initial phone call to the end, I can't fault them. My dog was extremely ill and had to be kept overnight so fluids and painkillers could be administered, I was kept informed throughout and the staff were lovely even when I phoned several times during the night for an update. Unfortunately my dog was too poorly to survive and we had to have him put to sleep. We were shown tremendous empathy and allowed to spend some time alone with him. Treatment is expensive, there's no denying it but unfortunately, like anything, it's the price you pay for being an animal lover. My dog's insurance had lapsed which was my fault; previously when I had used vets now they were really helpful when I had to fill in a claim form for the insurance company. The treatment costs were explained to me prior to any treatment taking place; because it was so expensive they suggested that they cared for my dog overnight and kept him comfortable until I could get him to my usual vet in the morning. I am extremely grateful to the staff at Vets Now, Felling especially Sara and Helen. All of the staff were lovely and the care and concern they showed was second to none. They made an awful situation slightly more bearable.”

“They took excellent care of my cat and kept us informed but calm despite me being very worried about him. The vet even called at 1.30am to tell me his operation was successful. The reception staff in particular were extremely kind caring and helpful. It didn't matter what time of the dayor night I phoned.”
