“I didn’t get to see what the flowers looked like on delivery, but by 3pm the following day when I did see them they were wilting, the white roses were brown at the edges, so I’m not sure if they were delivered with any sort of hydration. Had they not been for a funeral I would have asked the recipients. The design itself was as ordered.”

Hi there we are sorry to hear this. We did deliver the flowers in water the day before as instructed and we have checked the roses from the same batch they came from and they are absolutely fine. It sounds like they have been taken out of the water over night and in this heat they need to be in the water until the very last minute otherwise they will fade prematurely. Perhaps mention this to the funeral director so they don't make this error again in future.

“I needed same day delivery , and although it was about £7 for this , the service was amazing . I received correspondence to confirm the address was accurate. I also recieved texts with an approximate delivery time then a text to say delivered . Absolutely brilliant !!!!”

“I have used Verdure florist quite a lot in the past but won’t be using them again after the flowers ordered on Saturday. Really disappointed with the quantity and quality. They were for a birthday and I actually felt embarrassed to give them.”
