Hi there we are sorry to hear this but are a little confused as we do not send flowers via mail or couriers - our own drivers hand deliver locally. Please can you send us the image of the flowers to very@verdure.co.uk so we can look at this and double check the flowers were not from another supplier - these mix ups do happen and we're here to help. “I recieved a surprise delivery yesterday from my daughter in New Hampshire (American Mothers Day ) Verdure Floral Design this has to be the most beautiful bouquet that I have ever received- l have never seen blooms so perfect , they are exquisite ! added to that was a bottle of bubbly and a gigantic Mothers Day balloon.I am delighted and you are number one in my book now and I will recommend you to everyone I know , thank you”
