Hi there we are sorry to hear this but are a little confused as we do not send flowers via mail or couriers - our own drivers hand deliver locally. Please can you send us the image of the flowers to very@verdure.co.uk so we can look at this and double check the flowers were not from another supplier - these mix ups do happen and we're here to help. “Ordered through website and as a surprise gift. The recipient saw the deliverer through the window and assumed they were for some other 'lucky' person and not for her. She was blown away with them and the scent. Thank you very much. 😀”

“I recieved a surprise delivery yesterday from my daughter in New Hampshire (American Mothers Day ) Verdure Floral Design this has to be the most beautiful bouquet that I have ever received- l have never seen blooms so perfect , they are exquisite ! added to that was a bottle of bubbly and a gigantic Mothers Day balloon.I am delighted and you are number one in my book now and I will recommend you to everyone I know , thank you”

“Absolutely professional and friendly team I ordered it to the address I wanted to travel however plan changed and They called me when attempt to the first address and give them new address Without a question they delivered to other address .
