Hi there thanks for the feedback. Your bouquet was £35 which is clearly stated on our website and agreed when you placed the order over the telephone. The same day delivery charge of £6 is in fact lower than Interflora who charge £8. An email receipt of all costs was emailed right away to you and this was not queried at the time and we hand delivered your bouquet of flowers within a few hours of the order being placed. The VAT amount shown on the email receipt is included in the the £35 and £6 as the total charged was £41. VAT is not added on top of our advertised prices, it is included and we are required by law we have to show the VAT amount charged on the receipt.

“It was a pleasure to order over the phone and to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about. I wanted a very quick delivery and this was done with stunning efficiency. The person receiving the flowers was absolutely delighted with them. It was a beautiful display.”

“I live in NZ and we always forget Mother's Day because here it falls in May. When I placed the order it was actually 4am here...my husband woke up saying SHIT....but luckily you were still open (3pm Saturday). I spoke to mum online this morning and she showed me her beautiful gift.”

“Just wanted to send you a message to say a huge thank you for the absolutely spectacular job you did on Sunday at our wedding. The flowers genuinely are more than I could have dreamed of. When I saw the chuppah for the first time as I walked down the isle, I was blown away - was hard keeping my eyes off the flowers rather than the groom :)!
