Flowers delivered on required date. Verdure omitted to include the flat number on the delivery man's instructions, so he phoned me, as the person placing the order - fortunately I was available to provide it! When I saw a photograph of the arrangement, I was a little disappointed - it had a good variety, but flowers appeared to be crammed into the 'arrangement'.
