“I had an good experience with Venn group there team was not only highly professional but also supportive throughout the entire process. Peter Roberts my consultant took the time to ensure any teething issue or problems were resolved in a timely manner. The communication was good and they made me feel valued as a candidate. “They are very friendly and easy to contact. It's nice of them to contact me every week to find out how I'm getting on with the job that they placed me on. Their policy is well written. However, I don't see why you should have to apply for annual leave on public holidays or bank holidays, e.g. Christmas Day, as most workplaces in the UK are closed on these days. Perhaps the policy should read something like 'Whilst most workplaces in the UK are closed on public holidays and bank holidays, you should ask your manager or HR department if you will need to work or apply for annual leave on these days.' When I started my job at HSDC Alton a few weeks ago, there was a slight technical hitch with the timesheet submissions. This was sorted out after a week.”

“Professional. Some confusion about what I would be doing in my next role, which ultimately led to me resigning from it, but that was not their fault really. Helped me extend my contract into something that turned out to be not a good fit, but I appreciate the effort as it was something worth exploring, at least.”

“Good service from both Sophie Anderson and Sophie Curran especially in unprecedented times. The only agency that never gave up on me to help me look for a job. They were very helpful and compassionate. The good service extended to when I secured a job too. They were good listeners especially in helping to find a job suitable for me with my expertise.
