“My compliance processing for my NHS role was by necessity, speedy and fraught. It was handled well by both Suzanna and Johnny who I managed to meet in a Sunday morning dash to get my documents verified, along with enforced changes and follow up, the process was completed in time and I'm still happy in the role so far.”

“The lady who phoned me initially was very pushy and failed to mention the job was on a contract basis and I’d need either my own LTD company or to pay money for an umbrella company. The whole process was very rushed but this may not have been Venn Group’s fault. Misleading information sent by email.”

“I was amazed by the support and diligence of my agent / your employee, Nicole Maynard, always friendly and "there" for me. The accounts department was slightly unclear but Nicole ironed the kinks. I have worked with other agents in the past and were it not for her I would have found the experience clunky. On the other hand I found Venn as a whole very professional and would definitely use you again”

“I have been using Venn Group for 4 years now. The consultants that I have worked with have always been very professional and helpful. They all have taken on board the criteria that I work to and never waste my time with assignments that do not meet that criteria. I enjoy an excellent working relationship with several consultants from the London and Bristol offices and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my colleagues.”

“No Honesty, Payments are late and then they Blacklist you from there website so you can't apply again. Plus there umbrella payment company are extortionate.”

Thank you for your review. We take pride in the professionalism and integrity of our service, so I am disappointed to read your comments. With regards to umbrella companies, we cannot determine the fees they charge, but always provide candidates with a list of our approved suppliers so that they can contact them directly to discuss their different fees and benefits and make a choice. Venn Group run three payrolls a week to ensure all our contractors are paid swiftly, so something on this occasion must of gone wrong and I would be keen to know more about the details of this experience. “I found Venn Group to be very professional in their recruitment process, far better than some I have recently used. There pay system is very easy to use and again very efficient as I received payment the following week, again did not have to wait 6 weeks and then find out the daily rate quoted was not I actually received. I have used Venn Group previously and would certainly use them again.”

“Dan Sharp has been very good at finding prospective clients. money due has been transferred promptly. one issue: i can't access your portal to deposit my time-sheet. this has been raised several times with no response and will cause an issue!”

“I have been working with Venn Group for 3 years now. I'm always amazed at their professional friendly service. Up until recently I had been doing locum work. However, I finally decided I wanted to return to a firm and become part of a team again. A number of opportunities were put to me by Abigail Prudhoe who so quickly and efficiently understood my needs and the kind of firm I wanted to be part of. Literally within 2 weeks I was offered the role I am in now and could not be happier. A big thank you to Venn especially Abigail.
