“Nice quality mats but rear seat mats supplied without fixing holes so having to lay over the fixing points.”

Our customer service details are on the order confirmation email and the delivery note, or you can email info@vehiclematsuk.com The mats ordered by you do specify 4 clips n the title and show the image with only clips in the front mats. We also have a set labelled as 8 clips with clips in the rear mats, you can see both options here: https://vehiclematsuk.com/volvo-v40-car-mats Please get in touch and we can get a pair of rear mats with clips sent to you to replace the incorrectly ordered items. “Despite choosing the correct mat for our motorhome the mat is too narrow and short going between the seats towards the living area. The quality of the mat however is very good and looks very smart.”

“The mats are of good quality but did not have pre-made holes for the fittings on my BMW. I had hoped they would be a better colour match but instead of being a solid colour they are subtly flecked.”

“The mats themselves seem to be a reasonable quality but the downside is that the raised 'pad' on the drivers mat tends to catch on your right shoe heel when you are using the pedals. I have taken to lifting my heel off the floor slightly when I am braking (in particular)”

“Initially I ordered the wrong mats for our Custom Transit Van due to a misinterpretation of the website. The company were very helpful and accepted the return, providing replacements very promptly. Excellent 5* service at this stage . The reason for only 3 stars is that the replacement mats, although shaped correctly, and specified by the company based on the vehicle registration number, had the fixing studs in the wrong place. I can do a DIY job to relocate them, but clearly this detracts from being able to give a full 5*. The mats themselves feel and look good. Obviously too soon to comment on their durability. I would use the company again as the customer service was excellent.”

“The mats for Hyundai i10 3 Clips (2013-present) & Citroen Berlingo Multispace (2008-2018) were easy to order. They arrived quite promptly & with Royal Mail which is good. However only two hole fixings out of 5 matched up with the car clips (most of the mats didn't have specific holes). They don't shift so I can't be bothered to return them. But considering the price & the information provided by me I would expect them to be perfect.”

Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. Please, could you drop me an email to info@vehiclematsuk.com and I will send over a pre-paid returns label to get this mat set back to us. Hi Roger, Royal Mail attempted a delivery to you on 19th September: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/VB620724720GB They will also have sent you a text and an email with the tracking details and a notification that they were unable to deliver. You should also have had a red card left when they attempted delivery. Do you have this card? You can arrange redelivery online, or if you get in touch (info@vehiclematsuk.com) we can arrange the redelivery for you. Unfortunately, until we saw this review, we were totally unaware that you hadn't got them so did not have the opportunity to make any arrangements for redelivery. Kind regards, Chris

“Mats are fine, just delay in being delivered, had to chase after 2weeks of waiting. They were then dispatch next day and arrive in the time slot given”

“The first mat supplied was the incorrect shape but good otherwise quality, etc. The second mat supplied free of charge was a nearly perfect fit and I am happy with it but arrived with all four clips missing but the accommodating holes in place.”
