“I got the impression that because of the type of mat I ordered and the price, that it would be heavier, thicker and more plush. To that extent I am disappointed.”

“Reasonable quality but stitching at sides isn’t perfect with the border between the mat and the edge looks a little scruffy. I was slightly disappointed as these are the deluxe mats.”

Hi Judy, Its no hassle at all to return the mats if required - I can send over a pre-paid return label to get these back to us. The mats you have ordered are for the new 2020 model 2008, but I understand that your car is the earlier 2013-2019 model. We do have the correct shape for the earlier model and will happily exchange these for you. You will have received a series of emails from us over the last few days with the despatch notification and a follow-up email after delivery to check everything was okay with the order. We haven't heard directly from you so haven't had the opportunity to exchange the incorrectly ordered mats before you left this review. Please contact us directly so we can get these exchanged for you, our contact details are on the website, on the delivery not included with the mats or you can reply to any of the previous emails from us. “Matts arrived on time and looked well made. The clip for them however doesn’t quit fit and one has smashed on placing”

Hi Ian, I'm sorry about the issue with the clips. We haven't heard from you, so we haven't had an opportunity to look into this and resolve this for you. Our contact details are on the delivery note, please could you email me a picture of the clips that are fitted to the mats and a picture of the studs that are fitted to the floor of your car? “Despite choosing the correct mat for our motorhome the mat is too narrow and short going between the seats towards the living area. The quality of the mat however is very good and looks very smart.”

“The mats are of good quality but did not have pre-made holes for the fittings on my BMW. I had hoped they would be a better colour match but instead of being a solid colour they are subtly flecked.”

“The mats themselves seem to be a reasonable quality but the downside is that the raised 'pad' on the drivers mat tends to catch on your right shoe heel when you are using the pedals. I have taken to lifting my heel off the floor slightly when I am braking (in particular)”

“Initially I ordered the wrong mats for our Custom Transit Van due to a misinterpretation of the website. The company were very helpful and accepted the return, providing replacements very promptly. Excellent 5* service at this stage . The reason for only 3 stars is that the replacement mats, although shaped correctly, and specified by the company based on the vehicle registration number, had the fixing studs in the wrong place. I can do a DIY job to relocate them, but clearly this detracts from being able to give a full 5*. The mats themselves feel and look good. Obviously too soon to comment on their durability. I would use the company again as the customer service was excellent.”
