The fit is poor, none of the mats fit properly, and the plug are misaligned. One already broke after 1 week. The pile is deep for Executive but it sheds fluff like crazy.

Hi, Thank you for ordering from us. Our mats are 100% tailored to fit, if the mats do not fit it's likely that the wrong mats have been ordered. If your car is the 2016 model it's likely that you need mats for the earlier model. Please reply to my email with your reg number so I can get the incorrectly ordered mats exchanged for you. The clip will have broken doe to the incorrectly ordered mats being forced onto the floor stud. Kind regards, Chris.

They didn't fit ! The drivers side has two lugs to fit the mat too so it doesn't move! The holes were not in the correct place to the anchor points! It said fur model 2015 too present , our car is 22 reg!!!"" ?.." really disappointed!

Hi Sue, I'm sorry about the problem with the mats. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. Please could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mats you have received along with the registration number of your car? We have sold quite a few mats for this model and have not had any issues so I'm not sure what has gone wrong, but there are 2 options available for the 2022 model so you have likely ordered the wrong set. I am unable to give 5 stars if any due to my remarks in my email to you last week concerning the mats and their condition I ended up giving them away stud missing, edging nothing like the pics very poor quality a total waste of my pension

Hi James, I'm baffled why you have left this review to be honest. We asked for a picture of the mats, you said no. We offered to replace them, but you said no. We have refunded the order without seeing any issues with the mats. You can see from our other reviews that we take great pride in keeping our customers happy and would have very happily sorted this out for you. Kind regards, Chris.

Poor quality. Not as per the photograph either. Cheap shoddy mats even when opted for the better versions. Don’t bother ordering here. I Emailed stating I am not happy and got no response.

If I had wanted pink edging then I would of ordered pink, but I ordered red which nothing like the red in the picture. Obviously just a cheap ripoff company.

So far I have made an or for MG5 car mat as stated 2020 to present. I ordered boot liner and car mats, the first set for driver and passenger didn’t and nor did the boot. The second set we had success with the passengers may but the drivers still doesn’t fit despite myself send the centre measurements. Still waiting on the replacement boot liner. Perhaps it will take three attempts to get it right. I won’t be using them again. There customers service has be really good, but I could do without it in the first place if I’m honest.

Hello, ordered for a 6195r john deere. Spent 50 pounds, the carpet was ridiculously thin and its the wrong shape

Hi Jack, I'm sorry about the issue with the mat. We were unaware of any issue with this order until we just spotted this review. More than happy to fix this for you if you get in touch? We haven't heard anything from you so not had the chance to look into this. We do show the mat shape on the listing, please could you send me a picture of the mat you have received so I can look into this? Our contact details are on the delivery note included with the orders, and on the transaction and follow-up emails that we sent to check all was okay. As far as we are aware, this mat fits all 2012-2012 6R models If your tractor needs a different shape, we will make one for you. Regarding the mat thickness, you chose the 8mm mat option so will have received an 8mm thick mat. Kind regards, Chris.

Royal Mail have a GPS scan showing these delivered to your address on 15th January - We offered to send a replacement set immediately, but you no longer have the car? We have refunded the order in full when you contacted us. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/JD081140045GB

Driver side Matt pin's it's incompatible so have no option just put into bin please be aware before you buy

If you send me an email to info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mat clip, a picture of the vans floor studs and the reg number, we will be able to sort this out for you. Hi Omar, Sorry, I'm not sure where you have seen next day delivery but it was not on our site. If you check back on our site we use a 48 hours delivery service plus our mats are all made to order and have a 5-7 working day lead time for despatch. Your order was delivered 4 working days after placing the order. Your order was placed at 1am on Saturday 14th August and was processed on Monday 16th August, so was due to leave us on 24th August at the latest. The order actually left us on 18th August on the 48hr delivery service we advertise on the site, so arrived with you on the 20th August, 5 working days earlier than our advertised lead time. We show our production lead time on the home page, product page, basket, checkout, order confirmation email and order production email, so I'm really confused why you think this order was late. We also include with the order a delivery note asking you to get in touch if you have any issues or concerns with the product or service, yet we have heard nothing at all from you. This feedback is factually incorrect and very unfair. We are a small business run by 2 families and we are always happy to resolve any issues customers may have, but we cannot fix a problem that we are not aware of. Kind regards, Chris.

I never received these mats, I contacted them 3-4 times and kept getting told they were on there way, today I emailed asking for a refund as its been over 2 weeks now and they have sent me an email asking for a review for my purchase ...well here it is.... very poor service I can't answer the questions on who delivered and how was the service or how were the mats as I never got them, I cant upload a photo of them either......as I never got them....they were a gift so I am not happy

Hi Austen, I'm afraid this review is not factually correct, is it? The mats you ordered and we supplied are for the current model Mercedes Sprinter and that is what we sent to you. The mat supplied matches perfectly the shape of the mat on the listing you purchased from. Your van has an optional rubber floor tray fitted, which alters the size and shape of the footwell. Our mat is designed to fit the contours of the floor of the van and not the optional floor tray. Your email to us simply said 'doesn't fit, collect and refund urgently' and that's exactly what we did, with absolutely no fuss at all. I'm not quite sure what else you expected from us? If you wanted us to supply a custom made mat to fit your optional floor tray, that would have been no problem at all. We would have been more than happy to help. Kind regards, Chris.

The quality is ok. The colour I picked for the outside trim was claret. The colour I’ve received is pink... no way you could even say it was claret. Claret being a dark red colour. I picked that to match the interior of my car. Wish I hadn’t now

I still have not received the item. It was supposed to be delivered on 6th September. Its now 14th September. It was marked as dispatched 5 days ago.

Hi, I'm sorry that you feel this order is late, I've just checked our system and this order will actually be delivered to you 2 days ahead of our maximum advertised lead time. Your order was placed shortly before midnight on 24th August and was processed on 27th August after we reopened following the bank holiday weekend. All our mats are made to order and have a 5-7 working day lead time for despatch, your order left us on working day 5 of production and is out for delivery to you tomorrow. You will have already received an email with the tracking number and despatch details, but I will resend this now for you. This contains a link to the Royal Mail tracking which will confirm that the parcel is on its way and due for delivery tomorrow.
