Hi Richard, Thank you for ordering from us. All our mats are made to order and have a 5-7 working day lead time for despatch. Your order was placed on Friday 19th January after we closed for the weekend, so it went into production on Monday 22nd January. This order left us on Friday 26th January, working day 5, and was delivered to you on Saturday 27th January. Your order was despatched on working day 5 and delivered on day 6, so delivery was 2-3 days ahead of the estimated delivery schedule. Kind regards, Chris.

“Replacement car foot well liners took a while to arrive as expected as custom made but fitted perfectly when they did get here. My only criticism is that the plastic fasteners on both sets of front liners have broken less than 3 months after fitting. It’s clearly a cheap material.”

“The mat was delivered late - the courier said there was no house number on the label. Thank you for chasing the delivery. Sadly, I was quite disappointed with this mat as the fit to the boot of my Huyundai Ionic 5 is quite poor and the edge in places has been poorly cut (see photos). I was surprised, as the previous mat that I ordered from you for my Kia e-Niro was a perfect fit and was perfectly cut.”

“Mats arrived promptly and are a very good fit. One issue I found is that the drivers mat flops down and interferes with the pedals and there are no instructions for using the supplied 'sticky strips' - perhaps this will prevent the flopping?”

“Drivers side mat didn’t fit even with the correct details of the car luckily I only needed to two back ones as the passenger side front mat didn’t fit either. Good quality, unfortunate that they didn’t fit”

“Driver side mat very short. Your foot catches the trim from the centre of the match each time you change gear in my Jaguar XF. Not impressed for mats costing £45 Could buy better cheaper.”

Hi Richard, Thank you for ordering from us. Yes, I totally agree, don't order at the last minute as we do clearly show a 5-7 working day lead time for despatch. We show this on the product page, basket, checkout, order confirmation email and order follow-up email. Your order was placed with us shortly before 10pm on a Friday evening of a bank holiday weekend, went into production on Tuesday morning and left us on Thursday, so only 3 working days despite us advertising 5-7 working days for despatch. I'm glad we got this mat delivered to you before the advertised lead times. Thank you for the comments on the attractive price, we think the entry-level grade ordered is great value for money, just £21.95 including delivery to protect the full cab and centre area of your motorhome. “The mats arrived and they looked really nice. They all fitted nicely except the drivers one. The drivers one didn’t fit properly as the holes were about a centimetre out and so they didn’t line up right or fit the eyelets. The plastic fittings for the holes weren’t fitted properly either and both sides fell apart and I had to fix them.”

Hi Gavin, I'm sorry about the issue with the mats - We haven't heard anything from you so were not aware of any issues and have not had the opportunity to look into this. With your mats, the delivery note is included which asks you to get in touch (info@vehichlematsuk.com) if there are any issues so we can sort them out for you. Please could you email me a picture of the mats you have received and tell me your registration number so I can sort this out? If the clips are not in line with the studs it's possible that the wrong year has been ordered. Kind regards, Chris.
