One of the mats was damaged .Still waiting for replacement.As I was told they would send new mats out to me.I was told not to send any of the mats back.

The mats arrived and they looked really nice. They all fitted nicely except the drivers one. The drivers one didn’t fit properly as the holes were about a centimetre out and so they didn’t line up right or fit the eyelets. The plastic fittings for the holes weren’t fitted properly either and both sides fell apart and I had to fix them.

Hi Gavin, I'm sorry about the issue with the mats - We haven't heard anything from you so were not aware of any issues and have not had the opportunity to look into this. With your mats, the delivery note is included which asks you to get in touch (info@vehichlematsuk.com) if there are any issues so we can sort them out for you. Please could you email me a picture of the mats you have received and tell me your registration number so I can sort this out? If the clips are not in line with the studs it's possible that the wrong year has been ordered. Kind regards, Chris.

Chris was very quick to reply to me regards to driver's side mat not fitting and not received a replacement yet, and after only a week the clip on the passenger side has come away after only having feet on three times I might as well bought cheap mats. I am going away now with faulty mats. disappointed Patricia

I was disappointed with the quality of these car mats. They were bought for a 2021 Citroen C3, but didn't fit both of the studs on the floor of the car on the driver's side. When pulling off the attached side of the mat the plastic tab with the hole in immediately came away from the mat. I repeated the operation on the other stud and that tab also came away from the mat. The backing material seemed very soft so I endeavoured to re-attach the plastic tabs to the mat, but they came away again.

My mats don’t match exactly. Seems like the template they use might be a copy of a copy?

They are actually the wrong mats, they have holes for clips which the car doesn't have. I put in the reg too but they aren't right

Hi Stephen, I'm sorry that you feel we were slow to despatch. We do advertise our 5-7 working day lead time on the home page, product page, basket and checkout, we also show the lead times and production schedules in the order confirmation email and order follow up emails. Your order left us on working day 5 and was delivered the following day, so was despatched earlier than the last expected despatch date. Kind regards, Chris.

Hi I ordered premium mats and I would of thought they were going to be a better carpet pile but they felt budget ones, Skoda original were only £10 more perhaps I should of got those

The mats look good and seem well made apart from the clasps that secure them to the floor in the drivers footwell. The quality is very poor and they broke on the 1st application which was very disappointing 😞

Doesn't fit well made,great , colour but doesn't fit an Autosleeper camper.based on a transit.

Hi John, Yes, that's correct, we don't list these for the Autosleeper. Although based on a transit chassis, the Auto sleepers are aftermarket conversions and have several changes to the cab floor which means the standard transit mats do not fit. We don't list this for the Auto sleeper and had we been asked before ordering we could have confirmed this for you. If you would like to post the incorrectly ordered mat back to us I'm more than happy to refund the order for you. Kind regards, Chris.

I recently purchased a set of rubber mats for my 2010 Citroen Berlingo. They arrived quickly, appear to be well made and fit well in the car. I know they are made of rubber but what I wasn’t expecting is the really strong rubber smell. They STINK! The smell of rubber is so strong that I have had to take them out of the car and 2 days later, the car still smells. They are airing outside and hopefully the smell will fade.
