Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the driver's mat doesn't appear to fit correctly. We haven’t received any contact from you about this issue yet, but we would be very happy to investigate it and arrange a replacement mat if needed. Occasionally vehicles can have different fixing clip types or slightly different spacing depending on model year or factory specification, but once we have a quick look at a photo and a couple of measurements we can normally identify the correct template and resolve the issue quickly. We include our contact details and instructions on the delivery note with every order so that any problems can be reported and sorted as quickly as possible. Hi, Thank you for ordering from us. Our rubber mats do have a bit of that “new rubber” smell at first - it’s just part of being made from proper heavy-duty rubber rather than a synthetic blend. The scent usually fades after a few days once they’ve been unrolled and had a bit of fresh air. If you want to speed things up, they can be washed with warm soapy water and left in a well-ventilated spot (like a garage or porch) for a day or two before fitting. Odourless mats tend to be made from PVC or mixed materials, but we’ve found those don’t wear as well and can scratch quite easily - so we stick with the real thing for durability. Thank you for ordering from us. We only fit heel pads to the three lower carpet grades. The executive and prestige carpets are thicker, harder-wearing carpets and do not need heel pads. We state twice in the listing text that the heel pads are only fitted to the standard, velour, and luxury carpets. We also show no heel pad for the prestige in the second image on the listing, which shows all the mat grade weights, thicknesses, and whether a heel pad is fitted or not. The prestige-grade carpet is the best automotive-grade carpet you can currently buy; it will last you many years! A heel pad on the thicker mats would be very bulky and unnecessary.

“Overall I am pleased with my purchase good quality mats with the colours matching nicely, a slight negative would be the order to delivery time. The only real critique would be the drivers mat it is very short and unless you want to drive with your feet flat on the floor your shoes rest on the carpet of the car not the mat, hence only 3 stars.”

Thank you for ordering from us. We do state the production lead times on the website; we also show the lead times on the order follow-up email. Your order, placed over a weekend, left us 1 day earlier than our advertised lead times. The driver's mat must stop before the pedals for safety so they do not interfere with the pedals when driving. All OE and aftermarket mats are made like this. Unless you have your feet under the pedals when driving, I cant see how your foot would be on the cars carpet, but I will look into this.

“I bought midrange mats for an Alfa Giulietta paid around £50 for a mid range luxury set of mats - fur and quality is good and as expected but unfortunately the clip tabs are not in the correct position meaning that the mats cannot be clipped in.”
